Pleased to share our collaborative research, now published in Nature Cardiovascular Research led by Nilanjana Sadhu and the folks at Nanyang Technological University Singapore. Using safe-harbor hESCs, we leveraged on robust genetic and metabolic evidence from Asian cohorts to engineer overexpression and loss-of-function hESC stable cell lines, validating the causality of FDX1 and 3BH5C.
